As an AVP, she has been effectively managing a geographically distributed cross-functional team of 10+ members, and also taking care of collaboration between multiple teams within the project, and resolving dependencies and blockers. She is currently leading the Operating Facts Manager (OFM) project, which addresses Data Governance Gaps targetted for Consent Order Response. OFM is the strategic target for capturing and management of the Data in Motion and Data at Rest, which will provide a consistent lens into Enterprise Data, authority sources, and data quality issues.* She is coordinating with the teams and team members throughout the project. Keeping the project on track, on budget and ensures the achievement of its goals.* She is working closely with business stakeholders for project scope, milestones, planning, and releases.* Managing project information to ensure that relevant stakeholders are kept updated on progress and changes in the project. * Creates on-demand communication channels to review new requirements, changes or any needs stakeholders can have.* Runs Scrum ceremonies and coaches the team in the correct use of Agile tools (estimation techniques, retrospectives, demos, etc) and helps to foster an agile mindset within the organization.* She does review for delivered features and provides required feedback and ensures organizational standards are followed by all the team members.* Along with the OFM team, she also guides other application development teams integrating with OFM * She is responsible for hiring new members in the team to be future ready considering the budget for the project, she also takes care of removing non-performing members from the team

As a software engineer she has worked on various projects of WebUI development for a very complex and dynamic interface of an SDLC too. Primarily using ExtJS, HTML, CSS, jquery, Ajax, and REST web services. With excellent technical skills and a problem-solving attitude, she soon started owning modules end to end and efficiently managed business requirements, their timelines, quality, and the delivery of the same. She has also led a small team of 4-5 members and helped them with their technical queries, concerns, and learnings. Some of the key highlights of my professional achievement at Novatech are as follows:* OneView (Microsoft Word-like word processing module) editing is one the most dynamic, complex, and volumetric implementations with enterprise-level word processing capabilities and complete integration with other modules of the system.* TopTeam Agile, a world-class project management interface to plan, prioritize, execute, test, and deliver a project. She has developed a fully functional UI Interface for quite a few important modules of the product such as Burndown charts, Tracking charts, App level navigation menu, Data filters, etc. using Sencha ExtJS charts.* Additionally, she has been a key contributor in all decision-making calls for solutions and designing a feature or enhancements. * She has been also actively participating in R&D and POCs.
