As an AVP, she has been effectively managing a geographically distributed cross-functional team of 10+ members, and also taking care of collaboration between multiple teams within the project, and resolving dependencies and blockers. As a software engineer she has worked on various projects of WebUI development for a very complex and dynamic interface of an SDLC too. Primarily using ExtJS, HTML, CSS, jquery, Ajax, and REST web services.
