• Responsible for leading Digital (Technology) vertical from budgeting, development & operations aspects. • Building the digital team and restructuring the department structure to align with the organization objectives. Influence cross functionally and across the organization at all levels to drive the strategies both with internal stakeholders and external.

Products launched under M2M/ IoT, Analytics, Cloud and unified communications. • Augmented revenue from 15-30% for existing products and new revenue lines for the business• Spearheaded migration and product harmonization initiatives, leading to cost savings worth 10MN for CS, Technology Teams• Implemented product strategies to maximize success and minimize business disruption; increased product quality & releases by 10-20%• Collaborating with cross functional teams (Network, IT, Operations, telecom regulatory, Lawful Interception-(LI) Marketing, Supply chain and legal), senior leadership & external partners for seamless project delivery.• Have run RFPs and RFIs for finalizing the Partners.• Product / Portfolio Forecasting & Budgeting - Capex and opex management & detailed budgeting for projects in the scale of 200 Mn to 400 Mn INR.• Agile Evangelist for implementing agile transformation & framework for New Product delivery; resulting in consistent product delivery and increased speed to market.

Worked in various roles starting as a Java web developer, then tech lead, moving on to be a business analyst, technical project manager & then program manager. Have worked with across the globe teams & handled multi-million dollars worth of programs with multi-locations , onsite-offshore & across geographical timezones teams.
