I offer my skills as an Auto-Cad drafter to provide drafting services to anyone that needs architectural plans, or 3-D renderings in order to portray an intended idea. I designed decks, and interior renovations to already existing structures. I also use my design skills to create flyers, programs, pamphlets, business cards and other design-able material.

My position as a Cad drafter entails me creating a catalogue of drawings depicting the construction and detailing of security doors. I have to come up with templates that will fully demonstrate to clients the way the doors are constructed

During my tenure at Nelson Precast, I reviewed contract documents, use Auto-CAD to create shop drawings, and managed the process of creating precast concrete and cast for numerous projects ranging from $500 - $300,000. My primary responsibility is to read contract documents in order to create accurate and clearly understood shop drawings for both clients and production. I coordinate with other consultants and subcontractors to ensure proper production of architect’s intent. I also serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the clients, to ensure that client receive first-rate service at all times. I also managed 20-25 people on a daily basis.

I completed CAD drawings, computer 3D, and physical models of single family residences, educational facilities, recreational facilities and hospitality projects. I also created the RFP’s and assisted in the selection of a contractor for the Dates residence. I performed measurements and documentation of the Trinity Family Life Center, and the 1840's Inn renovation and Expansion and created presentation boards for community meetings, 3D and physical models for presentations.
