*Project Lead for the Drive Test Team supporting and coordinating all Drive Test Engineers for The Carolinas Market. In addition to employing company best practices, understanding all market RF designs and diagnose and correct customer reported issues. *Analyzing predicted coverage and drive test data, identify locations issues and evaluate impact on the network quality metrics, monitoring the network for performance impacting faults and assisting Network Operations to correct failures, monitoring statistics to isolate faults and improve network reliability, analyze competitive drive test data, Investigate potential lower cost alternatives to new sites via the modification of the existing network to improve performance., support network upgrades as required and provide mentoring to less experienced engineers.

*Lead and facilitate client data collection efforts regarding voice and data telecom service and carrier profiles.*Extract and perform detailed analysis of customer data usage from wireless carriers.*Create situational assessments and strategies for improvement of client network. *Manage and support teams of wireless benchmarking Engineers.*Test, configure, and troubleshoot equipment for performing drive test.*Develop detailed QA report for client markets.
