We will also install acoustical tile ceiling, raised flooring, sound absorbing panels, gypsum walls etc.4. FDA Multiple Building Demo @ Winchester, MA. This project requires the abatement of asbestos and lead of two buildings as well as demolishing them and four other buildings.5. Pease ANG Flight Simulator building ongoing improvements. Current tasks is to address difficiencies in the building fire alarm system.Completed project @ Otis ANG. The repair of a security forces building, which is a complete interior demo of previous office space measured in excess of 10, 000+ square feet. Interior work as follow: fire line for wet pipe sprinkler throughout, underground plumbing for relocated bathrooms and kitchen, steel framing, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, partition wall systems etc. Also included is relocating a 50,000 lbs armory to our newly built concrete pad, a new roof and adding EFIS to the building exterior.Completed project @ VTANG, repairing spalls and cracks on pavements. Line stripping taxi and aircraft parking lines. Seal coating asphalt at locations identified per contract.Completed project @ FAA Tracon Westbury, NY. Developed a partnership agreement (MOU) that was adopted and executed by Habitat and the Mayor of the city of Léogâne, Haiti for the donation of 24 hectares of government land for the development site. Ensure compliance with the requirements of multiple international donor contracts, including budgets, procurements, audits, hiring, project deliverables and performance targets, and reporting. Accomplishments and deliverables to date: developed and executed a land agreement; prepared the documentation that led to the formal agreement and contract execution with the Inter-American Development Bank (FOMIN); developed the budget, planning, project execution and procurements documents that led to disbursement of funds; environmental impact analysis report; housing value chain analysis report; land survey; site plan; model test build completed and BOQ finalized; construction training curriculum developed; beneficiary selection and orientation for the first 100 families; and selected to be the site of the prestigious and high profile 2011 Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter Work Project in which 100 homes will be built by President Jimmy Carter and over 400 volunteers during the first week in November.
