Manage Quality Assurance teams for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing at Round Lake site. Responsible for Quality Operations, Calibrations, Receiving & Inspection and Training functions. Responsible for the quality of all incoming materials and the timely release of materials for production. ▪ Charged with the responsibility of creating and implementing the world class training initiative for the Round Lake site.▪ Recipient of “Because of U Team Award” under the USHP Partnership Category for leading the development of “Shipment On Status” process and procedures. ▪ Lead the activities of quality assurance teams responsible for performing quality assessments of the manufacturing cells to ensure products and processes are in a state-of-control. ▪ Manage the Receiving and Inspection team to ensure timely inspection, testing and release of all incoming material to quality requirements, including API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient).
