Working with the Engineering Safety and Risk Management Program in the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering at the University of Alberta. Responsible for supporting the development of learning and teaching resources to facilitate the expansion of ENGG 404: Industrial Safety and Loss Management to from 200 students to 1000+ students, with a focus on integrating blended learning initiatives.

Responsible for testing of steel and pipe products, and conducting research trials to improve products and procedures. Tasks include metallography, microscopy, failure analysis, physical properties testing, and the designing and implementing welding trials (SAW).
