I am a Senior Human Resources Executive with Global and US experience who has worked for three "Blue Chip " Companies -Novartis,Pepsico and Ford -covering all aspects of Human Resources leadership. Significant achievements include leading Company acquisitions and integrations, business expansions in China, India, Eastern Europe and Latin America as well as Global reorganisations.I have led HR functions of up to 1500 associates.As well as the Private sector I have a keen interest in using my experience in Public sector roles .I have led a number of Company initiatives with a specific focus on Sub-Saharan Africa as well as being involved in Non -Governmental Organisations on a voluntary basis . Since March 2015 I have taken on an assignment as CHRO and Special Advisor to the President with AGRA ( Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa),an NGO based in Nairobi,Kenya .My specialities include Business Partnering, HR Strategy design and execution, Talent Management and Succession Planning ,Executive Hiring and People Leadership.
