Part of the marketing team reporting directly to and working hand-in-hand with the CMO on increasing overall revenue, developing and implementing new campaigns, and managing special projects.Responsibilities Include:- Copywrite, build, manage, and monitor all front-end direct response email campaigns, including split testing, and strategically optimize future actions based on results- Build and maintain marketing automations including email, SMS and call center actions- Weekly reporting to other departments to share insights, collaborate on new initiatives and advise on what the data says about client trends and mindset- Create direct response campaigns to increase engagement of members- Manage marketing CRM, including carefully segmenting lists to ensure clients get the most relevant communications and stay highly engaged- Coordinate and manage special projects and email campaigns such as live events, product promotions, virtual webinars and virtual events with partners including Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, Jesse Itzler and Andy Tanner

Working with the brand to increase website traffic and develop email marketing program. Redesigned website UI and checkout process to increase revenue. Managed all email marketing campaigns and social media campaigns with the goal of increasing revenue from customer list.
