Oversaw the facilitation of all installations, new builds, equipment rollouts and retrofits nationwide. Executed a strategic overhaul of the project management division by designing and implementing new business processes, communication pathways, and infrastructure which allowed for divisional revenue growth in the first year of operation in excess of 250%.

Shifted out of supply chain into our service division with a current objective of establishing standardized and optimized processes in order to provide a uniform value focused customer experience.

Following the merger of Russell and Hendrix maintained oversight of all supply chain functions and was tasked with planning and executing the systems and site integration of the two organizations. Oversaw the data alignment of the SKU and Vendor masters from each ERP, planned out 14 separate branch integrations inclusive of systems integration, product setup & transfer, order migration, staff training, building relocation, and lease negotiation. Acted as on-site leader for all problem escalation and resolution.
