Overseeing Purchasing and Product Standards for all Western Toll Brothers Divisions in AZ, CA (N)&(S), NV, WA, ID, CO, OR & TX.

Responsible for the direction and supervision of centralized and de-centralized purchasing/procurement and contracting for Toll Brothers Divisions in the States of CA, CO, NV, AZ, TX and WA. Initially based in Horsham, PA and since September, 2012 in Orange, CA.

Located at the Corporate Office and responsible for all Purchasing Contracts, Scopes of Work, Product Standards for NV, CA, AZ, CO as well as National Product Contracts in 14 key areas.

Corporate Position overseeing Purchasing for both Northern and Southern Nevada, as well as Colorado. Bidding out communities, overseeing budgets, detailed budgetary and product analysis, Scopes of Work, directing Purchasing staff and establishing local, regional and national exclusive rebate contracts, resulting in $2m of savings and revenue after 1 year. Also managing the Las Vegas Design Studio: overseeing staff, products and procedures to ensure timely completion of all homes and all upgrade selections.

Senior Purchasing position, controlling 3 Purchasing Admin staff, overseeing all bidding out, Purchase Order issue and payments, Contracting and detailed budgetary analysis, Scopes of Work creation and monitoring for all Custom and Semi-Custom Communities.

Commanded up to 35 personnel in locations ranging from a major NATO Headquarters to Front-Line Tactical Deployments on Airborne, Low Level Air Defence and Tactical Strike and Reconaissance Units of the Royal Air Force and Royal Air Force Regiment.Specializing initially in Personnel Administration, with further training and development in the Intelligence, Logistics, Ground Based Air Defence and Force Protection operations, command and doctrine.Saw service with the Nimrod R1 Force, the Tornado F3 and GR4 Forces, USAF and UK Rapier FSB1M and FSC upgrades, as well as Field Training and Operations with the RAF Regiment Depot. Also saw service as Executive SNCO to 3 successive Commandants of the Royal Air Force Regiment Depot. Deployed worldwide in all roles.
