I started my career in the NHS as a trainee Groundsman in 1997, since then I have gone on to become team leader then eventually manage the grounds team providing high standards of grounds maintenance around 3 hospital sites and 28 community clinics.Since 2014 I had a chance to prove myself in a office roll due to a operation and things have changed so much, I now carry out my new roll at Maintenance Work Planning Officer within the Estates and in Facilities Dept at the NHS Trust I work, I manage all PPM and reactive jobs that come through our help desk issuing these out to trade staff, making sure statuary PPM is carried out and compiling reports for compliance using our Planet FM system. I currently study BIFM in Leeds, and have my SSSTS, asbestos awareness, along with alot more training I have carried out. (list to follow)
