Been with The AA for over 12 years, started out as a HR Delivery Coordinator for 5.5 years. Currently working as a SuccessFactors Systems Specialist, have seen the project through from the beginning as part of the implementation team 7 years ago to the launch the manager and employee self service system.Current duties are responsibility for corporate governance of all cost change, UAT testing, regression testing which includes the annual pay review. Creation and maintenance of self service user guides and videos for all employees and managers. Training which involves connecting with all levels of management across all business units from the CEO downwards.Induction training for newly appointed and newly recruited managers. Supporting the HR dept, Payroll dept and IT dept and all employees (over 7500) for day to day usage and queries concerning the system. Having extensive knowledge of current and legacy contracts, entitlements, payments and policies and procedures helps with day to day queries and assistance with use of the system.
