Value of bid £12m.Performed Pre-sales Consultancy and Bid Management for Police System bids; Completed Feasibility Study for development of Unit Trust package.Reviewed Quality Assurance Methods for Insurance and Wholesale Banking packages.Agreed acceptance of mainframe hardware and software on customer site.Setup PC systems for Project Planning (PMW), Structured Analysis (Automate) and Documentation (WordPerfect).

Promoted to 'Chief Systems Analyst' in stages from Management Services trainee via Organisation and Methods, Programming and Systems Analysis. I managed three Project Teams totalling 11 staff.Various projects succeeded in avoiding staff increases for Sales Order Processing despite a doubling in Sales Volume. These projects included telephone system review, a new Invoicing System and an Online data collection system.
