Management of $300 million Prepared Meals business. Full P&L responsibilities reporting to the NA CFO with dotted line to President. Oversight of 5 manufacturing plants and 19 distribution centers. Responsible for financial planning and analysis, pricing, demand planning, budgeting and forecasting, supply chain finance, distribution finance.

Management of Specialty Channel Business Unit. Management of $300 million Region. Member of Region Executive Leadership Team tasked with driving and executing strategic objectives down through field management teams. Major responsibilities include management and presentation of region P&L, new business bids, contract renewals, CPI increases, reporting, executive presentations, budgeting, forecasting.

Management of $750 million Business Unit. Major responsibilities include financial and strategic management of largest profit generating business unit within a multi-billion dollar organization. Responsible for managing business unit P&L, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, trade promotions, pricing, selling expenses, new business bids.

Financial management of $800 million division of a multi-billion dollar company. Major responsibilities include financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy and approvals, customer margin enhancement, trade spending analysis and approvals, strategic customer planning, price adjustment strategies and field systems training for the Retail.

Financial management of $350 million division of multi-billion dollar company. Major responsibilities include financial analysis, pricing strategy, client profitability, strategic planning, field financial training and forecasting. Responsible for all aspects of profit and loss statements, including pricing approval, colleague hiring, compensation, office.

Managed group of seven Accounts Receivable Specialists and $90 million AR portfolio. Primary responsibility was to ensure the timely payment of accounts receivable portfolio, reduce bad debt and reduce Days Sales Outstanding. Over six month period reduced over 90-day receivable balance by $500,000.
