Key Roles:• Configure SAP Systems based on the client's change request and using functional design documents as reference, experienced in configurations/builds for projects based in Europe and USA. • Performs product testing after successful system configuration.• Deploy configuration in Production SAP Systems after testing.• Gather required approvals before Project go-live and perform Post go live support after successful project deployment.• Perform Knowledge transfer to the Application Management Team to further explain the changes made during the build phase.• Assist clients in their User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Sessions.• Attends Weekly project catch up calls and share project's status to our clients.• Create Functional Design based on Business Requirements.

Key Roles:• Create, gather and consolidate business data and transform them into insight generating reports for decision making and prepare periodic reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerBI.• Maintain and Update Load Monitoring report for WFH Employees daily, Capacity and Completion report of every projects and Roster file.• Develops MTD, WTD and YTD KPI Reports that shows productivity percentage based on prod hours and capacity, internal and external quality and TAT of every projects in Production group using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.• Aggregate and Developed Delivery Report of all Cpu's being used and to be use of Silay, Xiamen and Dumaguete and provide consolidated file of Delivery Report to Executives.• Consolidate and Maintain Dashboard Report of Silay Production specifically Issues in production, productivity, utilization and attendance, Internet and Load consumption of every employees.• Assist Officers in their productivity trackers creation and troubleshooting using Microsoft Excel and also provide aid in their questions or problem regarding Microsoft excel formulas.• Update and Track Quarterly reports such as Quality monitoring of all production projects and BPA's performance for all department/projects.
