I manage the creative delivery of Programming and Presentation by recruiting, developing, challenging and coaching radio talent. Setting the vision and maintaining the plan forward whilst integrating this with the vision/plan of the Sales, Digital and Online teams ensures advertising campaigns produce the best results for clients.

Also provided annual leave/cover for the Breakfast Show.

Assisted in managing the day-to-day running of Programming, supporting the Programme Controller.Playlisted and scheduled music output.

Organised the production of client commercials - 50% outsourced, 50% made in-house.Producing in-house commercials and station promos.Writing scripts, recording voiceovers over ISDN the finalising their production ready to send for client approval.Liasing with the production houses and collecting commercials via ISDN.

Also provided annual leave/cover for all of the other dayparts.

Entering client campaign information onto the Broadnet system and scheduling spot times to achieve the required impacts.Loading new commercial audio onto the playout system.
