My job as Supervisor of an Adnams store includes many different roles. Mainly focusing on opening new trade accounts (everything from Hotels to zoo's), maintaining good relations with existing accounts and helping them to increase their spend. Also supporting the trade accounts and store with tastings, events and advice.As well as assisting in the day to day running of the store and coming up with ideas to generate increased footfall with both the local community and further afield businesses.

Initially started of running a small cafe within the main University building using a small team of student staff, progressing to managing three sites across campus with a large, well motivated team. Managing catering for large events of up to 2000 people, running Vending services and assisting in the redevelopment of some of the sites. Also developing menus, finding new suppliers and establishing relationships within the university and outside partners.Responsible for training of all the staff and making sure motivation was high to maximize sales. All the while growing the businesses profit year on year with the little reinvestment.
