I have been fortunate enough to have been a multi vocation person most of my adult life. I believe that this eclectic body of work has afforded me a better understanding of the needs and effective process for problem solving. For three decades I have worked in some manner in Information Systems & Technologies and that work has been my primary career positions. Law in particular family law related to Alternative Dispute Resolution became a focus of my work in 2006. I have also worked extensively in the nonprofit sector in ministry and charitable organizations in many diverse positions and organizations. I have worked extensively in Information Systems & Technologies for over 30 years. My focus has been on problem solving and effective management through the disciplines of process and procedure, relationship management, governance, information security, compliance and ensuring the work is completed the right way at the right time at the right price for the business. The human factor and how individuals in teams work together is a key element of my methodology and skill set. In the last decade I worked in the Family Law Business specially in Alternative Dispute Resolution typically as a Conciliator, Mediator, and as Parent Coordinator. My methodology for mediation is not typical facilitative process but typically a hybrid of methods that include: Facilitative, Evaluative, and Transformative Mediation. Conciliation is an ADR method that is rarely used that affords the parties much more opportunity to resolve long term issues in a Holistic manner. Since my childhood I have worked in the Non Profit Sector. This includes positions in charity organizations: this includes work in education reform & activism, mental health advocacy, mainly in children’s healthcare related to Autism Spectrum Disorders. Christian and Religious Positions working in multiple ministry positions for diverse organizations and denominations.
