I work as the Quality Analyst at Chichester College Group. My role is to monitor and analyse Quality Assurance measures which drive continuous improvement for the largest College Group in the South of England. I provide comprehensive analytics and evidence to ensure students maximise their learning experience and in turn, play a key part in developing and meeting the local area strategic need. I write key reports for stakeholders, identifying areas of strength, risk and monitoring detailed actions which steer the vision and success of the organisation. Providing creative solutions to problems is a key strength of mine. I use my Project Management skills to drive new and existing initiatives, providing rigorous and approachable support to staff using innovative, simple and usable Quality Assurance mechanisms. I have a track record of building key relationships internally and externally to ensure maximum buy-in and confidence are synonymous with our Quality procedures. My skills as a data analyst are regularly displayed by making complex data sets appear easy for the end user. I pride myself on providing stakeholders with clear, accurate and relevant data in order to form key strategic decisions. Working in the Education sector for 15 years has given me valuable experience in knowing the key priorities laid out in the Education Inspection framework by Ofsted. I have been part of a Quality team which has overseen 2 successive Ofsted outstanding grades since 2014. Within my role I also facilitate complaint management, develop student and staff surveys and organise the annual Self Assessment Report for the Group. Additional skills to my role include film making, video editing and graphic design.I co-founded the Group Environmental Sustainability team in 2019 which focuses on cutting carbon emissions, promoting awareness to students and making working towards making the College a more sustainable environment. I am also a Staff Representative for my area which involves communicating issues from my constituency (250+ staff) to Senior Management, resolving and highlighting staff concerns to improve the general quality of College operations.
