I’m passionate about quality customer service and making a genuine difference in helping customers achieve their goals. I have extensive face to face customer experience through my former Retail Banking career. I had the great opportunity to lead my own team and work as one to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers.Recruiting, training, and staff develop was also a key component of my role. Identifying talented staff and to give them the platform from which to launch their banking careers was a very rewarding part of my former role.I’m currently working as an owner operator courier van driver for Civic Transport, which is giving me a unique window into how business in retail, commercial and industrial operate. I see the coal face as a representation of the cultures that are in place that enhance the employee, customer experience and efficiency of a workplace..I’m a practical person with a good mechanical aptitude and don’t mind getting my hands dirty if required, to get a job done. I can work autonomously or as part of a team to achieve required goals. I’m also an active member of Hotham Valley Tourist Railway, both operationally and as a board member.
