Responsible and accountable for all aspects of the F & I department within New Car Sales. Ensuring that all penetrations of Finance, ‘Options’, Gap and Paintwork Protection are maintained at high levels whilst ensuring that the budget is exceeded and that the Chassis profits are not jeopardized. Controlling deals also plays a large part of my remit as does prompt, accurate payments and the day to day accounting procedures. I pride myself on a very successful trade cycle management system whereby I monitor the progress of live deals to their ultimate change cycle and then optimise them, allocate them to relevant sales people and ensure that the customer is effectively and professionally brought back into our Sales Process. I am responsible for overseeing that all FSA regulations are adhered to and ensuring that staff (through appraisal) are aware of how they are tracking and what is expected of them. From 2000 – 2005 I was a Sales Executive within the same company where I was primarily responsible for procuring client interest across Fords product range and realizing individual customer needs and desires into sales.
