I am a highly motivated individual and have worked extremely hard over the past number of years to gain the relevant painting qualifications as well as practical experience in the industry. I pride myself on my diversity and flexibility, regarding where and when I work. I have a proven track record in working well within a team dynamic as well as on my own initiative. I have undertaken, industrial, commercial and private contracts in the past. This has included security work as well. Throughout my working life I have had to constantly improve and up-grade my skills and this has included health and safety training, I have recently updated my CSR card, and the relevant insurances. I have been self-employed for over six your now and this has been largely successful. I have learnt a great deal in those six years. Having undertaken a lot of sub-contract work, I have learnt how to manage a budget and excel at working to high spec under very tight deadlines. In order to achieve such high standards I have worked with foremen, interior designers and project managers in the past. Whether my own boss or employed, I have always ensured that the quality of my work has been of a very high standard and this will continue in all my endeavors. I have also had to utilize my communication and customer care skills while dealing with the public, my colleagues and business contacts.
