My current position at American Axle is that I’m an operator in HeavyDuty Tubes .I’m at the end of the line .I inspect and pack out the tubes .I have been on many lines inside American Axle plant .You can say I’m like an Swiss Army knife .You put me somewhere in the plant and on a new line .I can learn on the fly and pick up stuff real quick .My other experience’s is in concrete .I spent 20 yrs in that field .The company I worked for was Century Concrete Construction in Scotts,Michigan..I started as a laborer and worked my way up to Formsetter .I was basically the form men’s right hand .I can run equipment like Skidsteer ,forklift ,front end loader ,scissors lift ,backhoe .Plus I can read a job site plan and a rebar plan to tie rebar .I loved doing that job the most because I was working with my father every day .I had to get out of this field because I needed something 40hrs a week and stable .The almost 8yrs working at American Axle I have learned to be reliant,and be good with people .Plus I love learning new stuff and how CNC machines run .I hope this has given u a look at my experience and how I could be a good fit for your company
