Leading the airborne Human Factors Trials program on the RAAF MRTT project, to delivering large scale Control of Work Projects in the UK North Sea to assisting BP with fatigue management, the NHS with reducing waiting times and assisting financial services in identifying human error Neil's ability to deliver, manage multiple complex work streams and manage customer expectations are some of his strongest qualities.

During this time I employed a range of Human Factors and Risk Management tools/models typically found in High Reliability Organisations (HROs) to great effect. Applying risk management and Human Factors strategies from HROs had a meaningful impact on the conduct and operational risk functions attached to the CRM process. Reducing errors, managing influencing factors and instilling a better understanding of the interface between people and technology or people and semi-autonomous systems drastically reduces the amount of rework required, the amount of errors made and therefore the level of risk within the system. The net result was better process, happier people (involved in the process), more satisfied clients and a better bottom line. -
