Management of a 4 million pound 3-4 storey project in Harlow consisting of ground floor 300m2 commercial area and 38 residential flats on 3 stories Management of 2 million pound 4 storey project in Hackney consisting of ground floor 1000m2 commercial area and 14 residential flats on three stories. Manage and oversee contract from commencement to completion, attend tender and pre start interviews. Build and maintain excellent client relationships, whilst overseeing all phases of the construction process, Complete operational responsibility for projects with an on-site team including Quantity Surveyor, Senior Site Manager, Site Managers, Engineers, Design Coordinator and M and E Manager, Attend pre start meetings with subcontractors. Instigate and chair subcontractor progress meetings. Attendance of project meetings. Compilation of monthly site progress report, Involvement in initial contract programming, followed by regular short term programming as the project evolves. Monitoring and reporting of actual progress against contract programme, Compile monthly site progress report, Overall responsibility for the sites health and safety, carry out weekly audits and attend fortnightly independent audit, Formulate and compile close out schedules to ensure completion and quality, Check, audit and maintain quality assurance.
