Responsibilities:- Prospecting for and interviewing for new company drivers - Interviewing and onboarding new drivers - Prospecting for and interviewing new owner operators and fleet owners - Interviewing and onboarding new owner operators and fleet owners - Record keeping of truck and trailers - Record keeping of maintenance issues - Liaison between the customer and company - field fleet manager - Manage our dispatch team of 5 - Manage our fleet of 40 plus drivers - Make daily visits to customer office and well sites - Manage back office ensure the efficiency of the operation by keeping load numbers consistent across drivers and shifts - Communicate daily operations to CEO - Ensure loads are being delivered during allocated timeframes. - Ensure drivers are in ppe and safety protocols are followed.

In charge of guiding trucks on to ramp for offloading into silos and I controlled the sand being pumped out of silos and into the hopper for frac team.Ordered loads according to how the well site was running. Communicate operations to company man, engineer, truck company and sand company.Maintain and control Solaris silo system.Make quick decisions that have an impact on the entire operation.
