As Vice President or Sourcing and Production Neil is responsible for managing efficient and visible workflow systems through the production department areas. Dedicated to continual improvement, Neil is continually reviewing the production department on all levels, seeking opportunities to engage and develop staff and improve quality customer experiences and guarantee on-time delivery. Neil manages all aspects of product development and sourcing projects working with team members on conducting general market research in various categories as well as research into potential suppliers, product specifications and resources.
