Manage multiple projects for customers ordering Internet, Data, and Phone services from Spectrum Enterprise. Work with internal teams as well as external clients to ensure the project is completed to customer's satisfaction.

• Design private line, phone, and Internet circuits for fiber Business Services customers in a multi-state area• Member of two committees in charge of developing design standards, including circuit design standards and hub equipment design standards• Responsible for assigning work orders for our seven-member design team, plus contractors• Responsible for completing expedited orders• Work with Granite, SalesForce, IP Control, and IPMT tools daily• Work with multiple teams, both within circuit design as well as in sales and provisioning, to ensure order accuracy and data integrity

• Configure private line, phone, and Internet circuits for Business Services customers• Deploy new Juniper MX-series routers and migrate Business Services customers from a Cisco network• Redesign transport links on Core routers to improve data throughput and quality of service to customers• Deploy and integrate redundant Cisco routers at multiple hub sites for video customers• Configure Cisco 7600 series routers and 4948 switches consistent with network design specifications• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems, including connectivity problems and configuration errors• Work with a variety of internal groups to monitor, maintain, and expand the network
