As a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with over 10 years experience, I have built a proven track record in the delivery of a range of projects to meet corporate and client objectives.After gaining experience in New Zealand, I returned to the UK in 2016 and was primarily involved in a variety of construction projects which have developed my skills in a series of challenging project management roles working with existing and new construction sites. Whilst working in the UK I was involved the day-to-day management of key clients as well as the mentoring and training of junior members of staff and RICS APC candidates. I have experience in acting as a project manager contract administrator within a variety of contract and procurement strategies ranging in value from £50,000 to circa. £15 million. I have secured statutory consents for several projects including residential, office and retail projects. In addition, I have independently undertaken a variety of survey types including pre-acquisition, condition, dilapidations and PPM.At the beginning of 2022 I embarked on a career break to fulfil a long term ambition of travelling the length of Latin America and South East Asia.Upon returning to Europe I relocated to Austria and joined my current employer, Zaunergroup, where I am a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Project Manager within the pharmaceutical team, developing new and existing sites across Europe.
