Responsible for account management, service delivery and staff management within the Scottish area for Sopra Steria Emergency Services Group.

Account management and customer support for STORM Command and Control system and CrimeFile application suite for 5 Scottish Police Forces. From 2009 as supplier representative on the Scottish National Command and Control Project with responsibility for the provision of the day to day support necessary to progress the transition to a multi agency single instance of STORM to the 8 Scottish Police Forces.During 2010 I was also part of the Project Team involved in the successful Cleveland Police outsourcing bid where I had primary responsibility for the identification of business process improvements within the control room and customer contact business areas.

During this period I was responsible for the account management, user support and second level technical support for the STORM Command and Control application for several Police Forces across Scotland and the north of England.

Performed a variety of uniform and plain clothes police duties with periods specialising in Licensing,Training and Communications.During the last several years of my service I was Business Project Manager on a number of IT and Communications related Projects which delivered new IT applications and restructured public contact and control room structure including infrastructure and buildings to the organisation. Among the role for which I was responsible was leading on the development of business requirements which defined the contents of the technical ITT and thereafter assessing and comparing the tender responses before making a recommendation of award to the Force Executive.
