Counselling and Care Centre (CCC) has been serving the Singapore community since the dawn of our nationhood. Today, CCC continues to be a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing quality counselling and psychological services to the community, as well as psychotherapy training and consultation to professionals in the mental health and social service sectors.It has been a privilege to contribute to CCC's ongoing transformation journey.

• Seconded to one of the largest social service organisations in Singapore. Oversaw operations of the Elderly Services Division and delivery of programmes, through more than 20 centres for seniors, with a staff headcount of 150 and a multi-million-dollar budget. Collaborated with key stakeholders, including government agencies, corporate, academic and community partners, to drive desired outcomes.

• Led a team responsible for managing multiple stakeholders from the public, private and people sectors in coordinating risk assessment and strategic considerations leading to policy proposals.• Coordinated international engagements at Ministerial- and senior official-levels.• Oversaw public outreach programmes and communications on policy narratives.

New Delhi, India

• Headed the Defence Office in the High Commission of Singapore in India, and was the principal consultant to the Singapore High Commissioner on defence issues.• Drove bilateral defence cooperation in a matrix organisation, with multiple stakeholders in Singapore and India, and negotiated the renewal of two key bilateral training agreements.

Virginia, Usa

• Facilitated bilateral military cooperation between the Singapore Armed Forces and the US Joint Forces Command.• Participated in the development of doctrines and operational concepts for implementation in multi-national settings.• Awarded the US Joint Commendation Medal for enhancing bilateral cooperation with the US military and NATO forces.

• Oversaw project proposals, management and implementation of Information Technology and Systems for the SAF.• Managed diverse and competing requirements from multiple stakeholders in determining universal business processes, for IT system implementation.• Enhanced operational practices through the implementation of IT applications.

• Led an organization, comprising more than 300 people, which provided Infocomm technology services to the Singapore Armed Forces.• Introduced a HR development framework which included learning and development initiatives and Performance Coaching, leading to People Developer Standard certification.• Achieved high proficiency in all areas of unit management, including Operations, Logistics, Training, Finance and HR.
