Neil has successfully qualified as a management systems and product auditor for SSAIB and an Approved Contractor Scheme assessor for the SIA.Prior to this change in career two years ago Neil successfully managed over 50 Warehouse & Distribution security contracts and 500 security officers as an Operations Manager from the Midlands to the South of the UK in his operational management career.In addition to the above Neil has over 25 Years professional experience in all aspects of Security, Traffic and Visitor and Control Room Management both in the UK and outside the UK in the exhibition, conference and events sectors and has also worked alongside film stars, tv celebrities, pop stars and assisted in managing Royal visits working jointly with the Royal security team.Neil has extensive experience in managing state of the art SOC and VOC Control Rooms one of which being one of Europes largest exhibition centres.Neils team were also head hunted and were requested to travel to Europe, the most recent city being Amsterdam, where his team supported the Security team in the RAI Exhibition Centre.Meeting and exceeding clients SLAs and KPIs is of paramount importance to Neil and he is a leader of high integrity which often inspires others. In his security career Neil was hailed as a role model, approaching problems with enthusiasm, listening and agreeing ways forward and being clear with his expectations.Neil believed in spending quality time with the team on all contracts, giving simple clear tasks and direction whilst identifying individuals strengths and knowledge and creates SMART plans for improvement and growth; he believes that team members must be recognised and rewarded for a job well done and one historic team led by Neil was awarded "team of the year!"Client and customer service is of paramount importance and Neil strongly believes that team members must bring their best brand to work and create that WOW factor for all his clients to ensure that contracts are renewed and recommendations are made by existing clients for services.The correct recruitment of guards in line with British Standards into the buisiness is of paramount importance.
