As a Night Shift Maintenance Team Supervisor with experience within a Heavy Plant Quarry environment. I was responsible for the H & S and Management of planned maintenance and I am reactive to the breakdowns of plant machinery within the fitting team. I enjoyed supporting, coaching and guiding the team whilst maintaining safety within the Quarry, which enabled them to be exemplary in their roles. Having a practical disposition, I enjoy utilising my skills in fixing and problem solving equipment such as Screeners, crushers and conveyors.
