Hattie Larlham's 1,000 employees provide critical access to residential, day program and employment training services for over 1,800 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in northeast and central Ohio. Executive responsibilities include strategic workforce planning and administration of all aspects of the Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, recognition and retention, compensation and benefits for the Hattie Larlham organization.

Executive leader of the Human Resources function at University Hospitals Portage Medical Center (F.K.A. Robinson Memorial Hospital, Robinson Health System, Inc.). Responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development. Also provided executive leadership over Organizational Development, Employee Health Clinic, Medical Library, Pastoral Care Services, The Robinson Memorial Hospital Foundation and Volunteer Services & Community Relations. Responsible for the integration of Robinson Health System, Inc. HR functions with UH following the June 1, 2015 merger of these organizations.Following the successful 16-month integration of Robinson Health System, Inc. into UH, my Vice President of Human Resources position was eliminated as part of a corporate management restructuring. The contractual severance period ended September 15, 2017.
