I am a senior electrical engineer with Aurecon. I have extensive experience in heavy industry, mining, water and power sectors. I have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrician supervisor’s certificate and an advanced certificate in electronics. I have gained valuable practical knowledge whilst working in heavy industry at Tomago Aluminium and out in the field during my time in the Defence. My experience includes power and load flow measurements, calculations, project management, power systems design, arc fault incident energy calculations and mitigation, HV/LV cable type and sizing calculations to AS3000, photovoltaic systems design compliance audits to Australian and utility standards, earth grid design and verifications, reliability engineering, on-site testing auditing, detailed design and technical specifications, investigations, liaison with utilities and system studies from concept to completion to decommissioning.
