Responsible for the maintenance of all the equipment associated with the plant, minor mechanical repairs are done “in house” with major services and instrument/electrical work done by contractors. Employed as an operator/maintainer at the Wallumbilla LPG plant. The LPG plant is a turbo expander plant recovering hydrocarbon liquids which are fractionated into Propane, Butane and Condensate. I was responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the plant to achieve maximum production whilst maintaining nomination and product specifications. Duties included daily and weekly reporting, stock control, repairs to valves and pipelines, servicing and maintenance.

Employed by the Department of Natural Resources, as a Technical Officer (Advisory). Primary duties included data integrity of the Groundwater database, mapping of two sub-artesian aquifers, the Winton and Mackunda formations. I was also required to produce property maps for ground water investigation. I was required to be proficient in the use of ESRI’s GIS program Arcveiw and Surfer 16, a contour mapping program.
