Responsible for developing the framework to define the business channels Axcess Canada will operate in the Canadian financial services sectors. This includes refining Credit Decisioning and Servicing for the Canadian mortgage, lending and leasing space. We will also be focusing on expanding the products capabilities into the Credit Union space for CRM-LOS, Payday Loan space and white label lending markets for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).Working closely with the senior management team I am focused on also developing the transition strategy of the ARMnet Integrated Financial Product Management Solutions from a Credit Decisioning Solution to a Risk Decisioning Solution for the Property & Casualty space. Past experience in the P&C space will be a key driver for us in 2010-2011.

In 1995 together with two other original principals we were responsible for creating the Equisure Financial Network, a Canadian insurance brokerage and financial services powerhouse with over 65 offices across Canada. In 1996 the core management team was instrumental in structuring an IPO and taking the company public on the TSX. My responsibilities included spearheading negotiations for the acquisition and integration of additional financial services acquisitions including: - Evangeline Trust became Equisure Trust (Now known as ResMor Ally Trust), - Mutual Fund Dealer Balanced Planning (Now known as Dundee Wealth Management) - Equisure Securities (Now known as Kingsdale Capital) Our focus was to integrate financial services products from these lines into the Property & Casualty offices acquired by Equisure across Canada to provide full financial and risk management solutions to our clients. In 2001 the Equisure Financial Network was subsequently acquired by ING Canada (Now Intact Financial Corporation) through a takeover offering. After the sale I remained though the transition and then left on 2002, allowing me to pursue other opportunities.
