Responsible for the delivery of Grounds maintenance services throughout the southeast/west of England. Managing the day to day running of the Grounds maintenance staff at both Phs' depots in north London and west London. I oversee over 26 direct employed staff and sub contractors nationwide ensuring that we deliver to the required and expected standard.My key responsibilities are: Route, plan and schedule effective work plans for active staff. Write and deliver training programs to field and sales staff for delivery in other Phs' sites in Manchester, Wales and Birmingham. Staff training “Ways of Working” and expected quality standards.
