This role has been challenging, but I have coped well with the pressure and have grown in confidence, gaining greater knowledge of Wintel Infrastructure, working with differing technologies and working with both Physical and Virtual servers on differing platforms, including Windows 2008 and more recently Windows 2012. I transition servers from RTL infrastructure through standardised procedures into Live Production Support making sure they are fit for purpose, role ready and live ready....I perform TSM recoveries and also failovers / failbacks between primary and secondary datacentres.
