Product owner of the Energy Industries Council’s suite of databases for companies involved in capital and operational energy developments. Leading a team of expert analysts in assisting member companies to identify global business opportunities across the energy industries.

Responsible for all aspects of the Oil & Gas business information product and the delivery and communication of project/industry information. Supporting EIC members in attaining their business objectives and making ‘The EIC’ the partner of choice. Member of the Senior Management Team involved in developing the organisations business plan.Prime Responsibilities- Responsible for all routine administration aspects and supervision of the Oil & Gas Team including general management of UK and overseas staff daily work.- Product owner of the EICDataStream database, responsible for all content and the ongoing development of the database, working closely with the Information Product Development Team.- Manage the process of researching, obtaining and analysing information regarding relevant project intelligence and business opportunities in the global Oil & Gas Market that are relevant to the UK supply chain.- Regular contact maintained with the relevant UK and Global Operators, EPC Contractors and the wider supply chain.- Maintain an understanding of political influences on the oil and gas sector.- Provide necessary country and sector briefings to support the Events Department in promoting overseas exhibitions and trade delegations. Assist with the recruitment of key speakers for conferences and other events. Undertake presentations both internally and externally to the UK supply chain.- Been involved on UKTI advisory boards, assisting with identifying Global High Value Opportunities project. Maintain an understanding of political influences on the energy sector.• Provide necessary country and sector briefings to support the Events Department in promoting overseas exhibitions and trade delegations. Also, assist with the recruitment of key speakers for conferences and other events. Undertake presentations both internally and externally to the UK supply chain.• Monitor and manage department spending and budget targets.

Responsible for researching and analysing project information in the Power sector in Europe and the Worldwide Renewable sector. Also responsible for all energy sectors in the Indian Sub Continent. Neil also provides project tracking and specific contract information to enhance the EIC Global Database, EICDataStream.Responsible for giving an overview of the renewable sector at the Renewable sector based forum which is held three times a year. This presentation focuses on project, contract, industry and company news relating to the worldwide renewable sector.Also responsible for developing enhancements to the EICDataStream database with the IT developer.
