Provides communications advice to senior executives, business leaders and FTSE 250 companies. He has worked across a multitude of industries supporting teams and individuals on their critical communications. Work includes IPOs, M&A transactions, fundraising and programmes to improve the performance of organisations and teams. He develops and delivers programmes for global organisations to improve their communications, performance and ability to achieve their objectives. Neil is also an Ambassador for Speakers Trust which helps young people improve their speaking and communications skills to unlock their potential. Before Capstar Advisers Neil served in the British Army with the Scots Guards as an infantry unit commander, deploying on several of operational tours to Afghanistan
