Managing a team of Adops and Adtech professionals I was responsible for the integrations with all our third party partners used for marketing across multiple markets around the world. This includes, but is not limited to MMPs, Adservers, paid search tools, analytics tools and data aggregators. I have to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure we are working in the most efficient way possible with the technology we have available. Being a highly regulated business we ensure GDPR compliance across our platforms, using advanced techniques to remove any potential PII. We also ensure the legally required suppression lists are always active via our CDP so we meet our regulatory obligations.

Consulted with various stakeholders on the dynamic creative process and recommended ways it should be done. Continued with the multi channel reporting project, engaging multiple stakeholders to ensure all their requirements are met and working across the different platforms to extract the data. Worked with multiple stakeholders to advance our conversions tracking and overcome any technical limitations within the business. Started the process for introducing a scalable CRO practice to the business. Worked as a team to develop the Ad Tech roadmap.

Improved the trafficking process to semi automate processes in order to reduce errors and speed up trafficking times. Reviewed conversion tracking setup to improve the quality of the data that was being received. Trained junior members of staff on the trafficking process and all other pieces of Ad Tech as required. Managed a multi channel reporting consolidation project to enable a single source of truth for all marketing data.

I was responsible for the development of our dynamic creative services and the implementation of online display campaigns. My in-depth knowledge of creative development, online display setup and reporting gives me a unique understanding of the end to end requirements of implementing an online display campaign and reviewing its effectiveness.

Worked on the Reporting & Analytics team to produce advanced reporting solutions for advertising campaigns. Set up advanced tracking solutions using both bespoke and third party tag management products. Developed and implemented a dynamic creative product to enable clients to personalise their display advertising across networks and premium partners. Used different advertising and analytics technology such as Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Omniture and DoubleClick. Provided training to regional offices and clients regarding dynamic creative and the DoubleClick platform.

Worked in the Retail Processing Department ensuring the quality standards were maintained by the agents. I also generated MI spreadsheets and for the leadership team and was generally involved in process improvement.

Researched and produced genealogical data based on customers requirements.
