- BMW coolant project leader, in charge of 4 BBA factories with direct sell model. Keep close contact with US and EU colleagues, maintain BMW global’s coolant business. Landed the first factory fill business successfully in Valvoline China.- Lead sales team to maintain and build market share of SGM OES chemicals and coolants. - Developed new OEM and OES business: BMW FF coolant, Volvo fuel additives, SGM Caremore chemicals, Continental lubricant and Byton coolant.- Deepen existing and develop new relationships with the influencers, present value propositions to target OEM customer.- Design reasonable promotion plan and rebate policy to OES and distributor.

- Maintain auto film, Mechanical AOES projects, such as Ford, Volvo, SGM, Chrysler, JLR, etc.- BD new AOES auto film business, auto care, mechanical projects with cross function.- Design and recommend promotion plan to auto manufacturers and distributors every quarter.- Have regular communication meeting with AOES aftermarket managers, summary the previous work and preview the next phase work. - Make product&sales skills training to AOES aftermarket managers, 4S staff ,distributors.

- Maintain AOEM customers, have effective communication with R&D Dept, spec in new products when the new car model is designing.- Fully responsible for the account development (distributors & OEMs) in industry.- The only one in charge of GE aviation lamps in China,cooperating with 90% Chinese airlines.- Achieve the sales target in each quarter, identify the marketing trend and make the product forecast.
