Start-up novelty ice cream wholesale business featuring handmade ice cream bars, ice cream sandwiches, and ice cream cups. Our products are featured in convenience stores, restaurants, and large-scale entertainment & recreation venues. Awarded "Business of the Year" for 2021 by the Heber City Chamber of Commerce.

Recruited to spearhead the growth of an award-winning BBQ chain. Grew the brand 60% over 2.5 years despite COVID-19 while expanding to two new states. Responsible for all strategic planning and brand management with ~$26M in annual revenue, 12 brick-and-mortar locations, a catering / commissary center, and two special event venues (Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City & Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, UT). Established new brand culture, developed the senior leadership team, and implemented practices and procedures to streamline operations and establish consistency in execution. Received numerous accolades including "Top 40 Hot Concepts 2021" by QSR Magazine, appearing in the Inc 5000 for fastest-growing US businesses in 2020 and 2021.

Joined MOD as VP of Store Operations at early stage (25 stores / 5 states) and oversaw company-owned locations throughout the U.S. during industry-leading growth (fastest-growing chain in the US for 2016, 2017, 2018) while winning numerous awards (Best Place to Work for Millennials, Best Place to Work for Diversity, Best Place to Work for Women). At one point held sole responsibility for 255 restaurants / $300M in revenue in 18 states from coast-to-coast. Responsibilities included growth strategy, real estate strategy, manpower / leadership succession, budgeting and analysis, store operations.Worked cross-functionally with all key departments, and served as an interim member of the Executive Team in 2016. Awarded cultural "Role Model of the Year" for 2017.

Recruited to an early-stage, award-winning "farm to table" fast-casual concept to refine operations and strategy in preparation for multi-state expansion. Built store-level leadership teams growing the brand from 3 locations to 8 with two more under construction in 1.5 years. Managed succession planning, talent growth and acquisition and refined processes and systems to streamline operations while increasing efficiency, sales, and profitability. Winner Nation's Restaurant News "Hot Concepts" Award 2013.

Joined Qdoba with only 7 company-owned locations and experienced growth to 630 stores during my tenure. As Division VP of Operations, was responsible for strategic planning and execution for ~130 restaurants in 7 states spanning 3 time zones. Oversaw two Directors of Operations (Colorado / West Coast) and 17 Regional Managers. Closely partnered with all key departments (Marketing, Training, Purchasing, Accounting, Ops Services) to develop and implement strategies to accelerate growth while increasing profitability in tenured markets.
