Responsible for the implementation of a five-year Fundraising Strategy, achieved growth in income in year one of strategy, £116k ahead of budget. Re-structured and galvanised the fundraising department to ensure focus on ROI and LTV. Including establishing and adding an Individual Giving team, Major Gifts team and developing a £6m capital plan, launched in 2017.

Responsible for the management and development of Indivudal Giving including Direct Mail Campaigns, Telemarketing, Regular Giving, Legacy Marketing, In Memoriam Giving and Tribute Funds, Database Management (Raisers Edge), weekly hospice Lottery, Gift Aid and leading the Donor Development team. Play a key role in the development of the current Income Generation Strategy, covering the above areas. • Achieved overall growth in income of £264,000 in four years against a target of £172,000 over a five-year income generation strategy.• Achieved 68% growth in direct mail income equaling gross income of £62,000• Successfully turned around the declining hospice lottery and achieved 61% growth equaling gross annual income of £202,000.• Implemented a Committing Giving scheme generating 39% uplift in regular gift income in year one.• Successfully launched legacy marketing and generated 21% additional pledgers in year one.
