I feel that my 25 + years in the coffee and vending industry my strongest strengths are firstly having a passion for technology and coffee. Secondly an ability to understand and prioritise my work in a changing business and customer focused environment, thereby helping me to successfully deliver results. Finally my practise of consulting with all parties involved in my job as a Technical Trainer and any task or project, bringing the best skills and qualities out in Engineers to achieve the best results and thrive in the industry , be it alone or part of a team and identifying the requirements and to then provide an appropriate solution.
