My role is to strategically re-position Pro-Ject to be a niche supplier of oilfield chemicals and continue to develop and commercialize the "Ayre-Flo" pumpless.

P&L Responsibility for all Baker Hughes operations in Canada. All product lines from reservoir evaluation to plug and abandonment. Responsibility through a matrix structure for local support services, legal, HR, Finance etc.

Responsibility for research and development and product line management for Oilfield Production Chemicals, Artificial lift and Completions. Worked in collaboration with the global operations and marketing functions to develop clear product line strategies and subsequently aligning the product line management initiatives closely with delivering on those.
