White Maund is an independent firm of professional specialists dealing with financial and business reconstruction and rescue and all formal insolvency procedures.At White Maund I have dealt with a wide range of clients from individuals with consumer debts of less than £20,000 to large corporate businesses with multi million pound turnoversI am responsible for managing a varied portfolio of over fifty cases of individual and corporate clients. I prepared in-depth reports for my manager with the progress of each case, including financial information. I liaised with my manager to agree a strategy for each case and worked independently to implement the same.Through this role I have developed a thorough understanding of individual and corporate finance.I have excellent attention to detail, as evidenced by my role requiring a strict adherence to legislation and regulations of the insolvency sector, as well as a need to know and follow internal procedures.I analyse and compare financial information, including accounts, and carry out insolvency investigations. I also prepare payments and process receipts, from which I have developed my knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and financial accounting procedures.I have thorough experience in drafting standard documents and letters, keeping records up to date, attending meetings and taking minutes as required. I also have experience in managing difficult clients and creditors, and dealing with sensitive situations and topics.

As an ESL Teacher I was responsible for planning, preparing and giving English lessons, for non-native speakers. My students varied in ages from kindergarden (3-6) to adults.Planning and preparing lessons required to toe develop, conversational activities for students to carry out, and making sure that appropriate materials, such as presentations were ready.In class, I had to develop a relationship with my students and track their progress over the course. I also had to make sure that the classes were entertaining for students, so that they want to keep coming back to classes at Apollo.

Whilst working with AYC I worked in two local schools in Thailand. The first was Suansri Wittaya, in the south of the country, and then Anuban Pathumthani, near to Bangkok. This role required me to plan, prepare and give English lessons to local students. My first positions involved teaching teenagers conversational English. The second school I was the home room teacher for P4, all aged 9, this required me to teach other subjects, including maths and science.
