Genzyme Genetics was acquired by Laboratory Corporation of America December 2010. Promoted to Field Business Development Executive May 2012. Actively sell to oncologists and pathologists specialized testing and business solutions. Worked closely with Territory Managers to close business. As a Business Development Executive our primary focus is to offer testing options, IT solutions, business models, and report delivery options. Organized and participated in educational presentations to oncology and pathology groups including Northwest Georgia Oncology, Wellstar Health System and Georgia Cancer Specialists. Coached and Mentored new Territory Managers. Provided technical assistance to doctors, nurses and physician Assistants on testing options for hematologic and solid tumor disorders

Encourage, mentor, and provide servant leadership to 6 oncology Territory Managers. Provide field experience training and guidance to employees marketing cancer diagnostic testing to the oncology and hospital accounts. Frequent field travel with team to facilitate sales.
